The Platform provides Islamic educational programmes, Shari'ah inquiries and fatawa guidance (Hanafi school), Islamic finance consultancy, and Quranic recitation instruction. All content on this Platform — including written fatawa, educational materials, course content, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Mufti Waqar Gul and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may share or reference fatawa for personal, non-commercial use with clear attribution. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
By enrolling in a programme you agree to attend sessions punctually, conduct yourself with Islamic adab, and understand that fees are non-refundable once the programme commences (except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion). Course schedules and content are subject to change at the instructor's discretion. Recorded sessions remain the property of the Platform.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, specific outcomes from guidance, or that information will be suitable for every individual circumstance. Islamic jurisprudence involves scholarly opinion (ijtihad), and guidance may differ between scholars. Users are encouraged to seek multiple scholarly opinions on complex matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mufti Waqar Gul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on guidance provided. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months, or £100 GBP, whichever is lesser.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and Islamic jurisprudential principles where relevant. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first, and failing that, through appropriate courts of Pakistan.
